Dena was so friendly and smiley from the moment we stepped foot into the office of the dealer. She treated us with respect and honesty. She explained everything and promised to help us with what we wanted to get done, including getting the warranty on the van. Her professionalism was amazing, and the cleanliness of the car, bathroom, and office. There was one thing that I especially won't forget about it, it's her talent to make a delicious coffee that no one in there could make like her. So if you want a coffee, a real good coffee, ask Dena she will make you a really good one. You will not regret or feel disappointed.
