My experience at auto group was very satisfying! Dena, was great with support and help! She helped me a lot as well as Eric & Abdul! All i had to do was sign and go over everything. Dena did the rest! I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for an affordable vehicle to go to auto group and see one of those great guys & dena will do the rest! She handled everything! if it wasn’t for her i wouldn’t have walked away with a 2016 kia optima! great place, great price & great people that will work with you!

Dena was so friendly and smiley from the moment we stepped foot into the office of the dealer. She treated us with respect and honesty. She explained everything and promised to help us with what we wanted to get done, including getting the warranty on the van. Her professionalism was amazing, and the cleanliness of the car, bathroom, and office. There was one thing that I especially won't forget about it, it's her talent to make a delicious coffee that no one in there could make like her. So if you want a coffee, a real good coffee, ask Dena she will make you a really good one. You will not regret or feel disappointed. Amir & AJ were very professional from the get go. Good customer service overall. Vehicle was exactly as represented in the online pixs. A difference in the payments due to the fact that they didn’t account for taxes in the PO and I also didn’t catch the omission. Simple mistake, but one that makes a big difference in the long run. Now we’ll see how follow up goes down the line, or if it’s a one and done…

Dena, Alex, and nick did a great job getting me into a vehicle given the situation I was coming out of. They worked with me and gave me a great deal to help me get into a vehicle for my family.
