I recently had an exceptional experience at Tom Kelley Cadillac while purchasing my dream car, the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing in a manual transmission. After an unfortunate encounter at another dealership where the price suddenly inflated upon signing, I was understandably cautious. However, Tom Kelley exceeded my expectations. Despite being 3 1/2 hours away one way, Jason from Tom Kelley worked diligently on my trade-in and payment arrangements. His transparency throughout the process was reassuring, especially given the rarity of the car. I told Jason I needed to within a payment range and Jason said he spoke to his manager, and he could get me in that range, I trusted Jason, and put a deposit down to hold the car so they had the leverage to pull something if they really wanted to (which they did not). Upon arrival, I was greeted with a pleasant surprise - my new car was pulled onto the showroom floor with a congratulatory sign displayed. Jason had even arranged for the windows to be tinted before my arrival so there was nothing I had to do have scheduled locally once I got the car home. The ease of the transaction was refreshing (based on my experience the previous week). My wife and I were in and out within an hour, allowing us to return home without disrupting our children's evening routines. To go above and beyond, when I realized I hadn't been charged for the window tint, the manager graciously insisted I enjoy my new car without worrying about the cost because he was being cognizant of our time. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of Tom Kelley Cadillac and Jason Alt as a trusted salesman. Their professionalism, transparency, and dedication to customer satisfaction set them apart. I highly recommend this dealership and commend Jason and the manager for their outstanding service.
