He explained everything very thoroughly and took me step by step through the process! I have never had such awesome service and I am so happy to know that I have someone who I can trust with my vehicle. The technician, Saul H, did a fabulous job giving me a video of the necessary repairs. His dialogue was clear and succinct and his inspection was thorough! Hello Subaru was the most wonderful dealer experience I’ve ever had. Charles Emerson in their customer relations department was hands down the best representative someone could hope for when shopping for a new vehicle. He was knowledgeable about all the features, didn’t bully into a purchase, and helped to find the perfect fit for me.
