If I could give 10 stars, I would give them all to Lee Q, my service advisor!  He was top notch professional, kind and considerate of my situation!  He explained everything very thoroughly and took me step by step through the process!  I have never had such awesome service and I am so happy to know that I have someone who I can trust with my vehicle.

The technician, Saul H, did a fabulous job giving me a video of the necessary repairs.  His dialogue was clear and succinct and his inspection was thorough!

I am new to Hello Subaru and I am looking to upgrade my ride... so there is no doubt where I will be doing my business!

Charles Emerson in their customer relations department was hands down the best representative someone could hope for when shopping for a new vehicle. He was knowledgeable about all the features, didn’t bully into a purchase, and helped to find the perfect fit for me. We love Eric our service advisor. He goes beyond for his customers. He’s fought for us, been kind and honest with us. If Eric leaves it will likely be when we begin to drive to either San Diego or riverside areas for work on our Subaru. My husband worked for Subaru as an advisor in the LA area and then as a tech. We also had a great experience with the shop foreman and his kindness. It’s so nice to know there are a few people at hellosubaru that care!

We can’t say that for the receptionists who answer the phone. They are rude, condescending and do not have accurate information. There is also one female service advisor who we had to work with briefly who was rude and refused to answer our question. I was mid sentence and she answered the phone and began to ignore me. I don’t know if it’s something in the water here or what but it’s excessive! I’ve left a message for management for the complaints but never received a call.
