    The service department was super friendly. They found issues that need to be addressed, but did not pressure me into repairs like other dealers have in the past. My service tech was great. I'd give him 5 stars for his performance without a doubt.

    We bought a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder at Larry Miller Nissan in Mesa. The experience was top-notch and we (not intentionally) had them jumping through some hoops with our wants/needs. Our sales person, James, was knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating, as was the Sales Mgr, Adam. He made a fair offer on our trade and found the car we were interested in but, after it was collected from another dealership, it didn't have 2nd row captain chairs, so tracked down another and brought it in. He kept smiling through all of it. The manager, Jeff, and finance manager, Isaac, were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this site for their customer service and can-do attitudes. For 20+ years we previously owned Cadillacs and GMCs, although we had purchased a used Pathfinder, sight unseen last Fall, which was delivered to our other home that only our son has driven. We knew only what he had raved about, so knew only enough to be dangerous. James filled in all the blanks and left us feeling like this was the vehicle we wanted. After driving it, we are pleased and confident in our purchase and will be return customers at Larry Miller!
