The service department was super friendly. They found issues that need to be addressed, but did not pressure me into repairs like other dealers have in the past. My service tech was great. I'd give him 5 stars for his performance without a doubt.

We bought a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder at Larry Miller Nissan in Mesa. The experience was top-notch and we (not intentionally) had them jumping through some hoops with our wants/needs. Our sales person, James, was knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating, as was the Sales Mgr, Adam. He made a fair offer on our trade and found the car we were interested in but, after it was collected from another dealership, it didn't have 2nd row captain chairs, so tracked down another and brought it in. He kept smiling through all of it. The manager, Jeff, and finance manager, Isaac, were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this site for their customer service and can-do attitudes.

For 20+ years we previously owned Cadillacs and GMCs, although we had purchased a used Pathfinder, sight unseen last Fall, which was delivered to our other home that only our son has driven. We knew only what he had raved about, so knew only enough to be dangerous. James filled in all the blanks and left us feeling like this was the vehicle we wanted. I bought a used 2021 Nissan Titan Truck and it still has almost 2 years of factory warranty left.

I had a small potential issue and a recall notice and contacted Larry H Miller Nissan Service (not where I bought the truck) to see if I could get it looked at and taken care of.

They scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me.  They were extremely friendly and helpful. They took care of the small issue and fixed the recall.

I will definitely be using them in the future for hopefully just routine maintenance!

I came into Nissan and met Jacob Hill. He put a deal together better than we had asked him to do. He said he could get a deal together with my negative equity and not so great credit. He never wavered, he grabbed some information from me, inspected my trade in and his team went to work to put a deal together. While we test drove my favorite car the Nissan Ariya, his finance team went to work. After a little over 1 hour, his team was able to get me into a car with a payment that was $500 a month cheaper than the next closest car dealership! He was kind, he never left us for a long amount of time. He really listened and over delivered. I highly recommend this business and Jacob Hill!
