Here at Jim Ellis Chamblee, picking up a car from the dealership is very easy. We picked up our Volkswagen Tiguan last week. It was Jessica Atkins who assisted us in the entire process which was so smooth and easy, she was very accommodating, professional and patient to us while we ask her questions regarding our new vehicle, she even demonstrated a lot of things to us on how to maximize our car. Two thumbs up for her. We really appreciate her kindness so much. In addition to that Dre was also nice and accommodating to us even before we get inside their office.
