Here at Jim Ellis Chamblee, picking up a car from the dealership is very easy. We picked up our Volkswagen Tiguan last week. It was Jessica Atkins who assisted us in the entire process which was so smooth and easy, she was very accommodating, professional and patient to us while we ask her questions regarding our new vehicle, she even demonstrated a lot of things to us on how to maximize our car. Two thumbs up for her. We really appreciate her kindness so much. In addition to that Dre was also nice and accommodating to us even before we get inside their office. They also have a comfy customer lounge that offers coffee and snacks. Keep up the good work guys.

A wonderful experience today at the new beautiful building on Peachtree Ind.
Jeremy stayed late to wait for me to let my husband drive the car the day before. Then he came in on his day off to sell me my car!! My experience with Holden was excellent. No complaints here!

He patiently answered all of my questions, including the ones about the new dealership building, ensuring I had all the information I needed to know about buying a certified pre owned car and why they moved next door(I was 10 mins late, I missed the turn twice,).

When it came time to discuss pricing and financing, Holden was transparent and straightforward. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free,  even when I had a bit of trouble with getting my insurance to add the vehicle and needed him to deliver my car to my home through 5pm traffic.
