I booked my appointment for the first opening in the morning. As I was told it may take up to two and a half hours to replace the airbag. Being the first customer in, there was no waiting. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. After getting my information, they showed me where the waiting room was and everything that was available to me. The fresh, hot coffee and comfortable seating area was all I needed. 45 minutes later, they came and got me, and said my truck was done. Apparently, I had an easy to change airbag, not the difficult one.
Had high voltage battery in our Bolt replaced, it only took 8 days in the shop from when we dropped it off. Feedback from service writer was excellent. Car was ready and fully charged when we arrived to pick it up. Impressed by the service.
First time personally shopping at a Kolar dealership and Nick was awesome helping my family & I find the perfect fit for a vehicle that was affordable.
