I booked my appointment for the first opening in the morning.
As I was told it may take up to two and a half hours to replace the airbag. Being the first customer in, there was no waiting. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. After getting my information, they showed me where the waiting room was and everything that was available to me. The fresh, hot coffee and comfortable seating area was all I needed. 45 minutes later, they came and got me, and said my truck was done. Apparently, I had an easy to change airbag, not the difficult one.

Had high voltage battery in our Bolt replaced, it only took 8 days in the shop from when we dropped it off.  Feedback from service writer was excellent.  Car was ready and fully charged when we arrived to pick it up.  Impressed by the service.

Had a great experience with Salesman Griffin, we knew we needed an upgrade for our truck so I went to their online inventory and started my search. When I found a vehicle we were interested in I called Griffin and told him which vehicle we were interested in and that we would be there shortly. He had the truck pulled up to the door and ready for us to test drive. We notice some small issues with the truck and when we returned from the test drive we were honest in our concerns. They immediately offered to do the repairs and then some and have the vehicle ready for pick up the next day. They stayed true to their word. Everything was fixed in less then 24 hours and had the truck in our possession when they said they would. Griffin was easy to work with and even though it was a zoo in the dealership because a lot of people were buying vehicles for the end of the year deals, Griffin still made us feel important. We will definitely return to Kolar for future purchases. I would recommend them to family and friends. Happy New Year!!!
