This was my first experience getting any service done at any dealership and it wasnt as bad as i imagined. They had my oil change done in 30 minutes. Plus they called me the day after to make sure everything was ok.
I had a unique situation with the horn on my 6 month old car. I want to send out a big shoutout to Chad in the service department. He got me in quickly and got my situation quickly resolved. AMAZING service from Cody! The audio on our Chevy Suburban glitched out, and we stopped at Volunteer Chevrolet.Cody was on the sales floor and was kind enough to come out to our SUV and try a few things inside our vehicle to no avail. He used to work in the service department and recommended disconnecting the battery to do a hard reset for 10 minutes. It worked!! We are happy to give him a shout out for going out of his way for us. It was so very appreciated! Thank you, Cody!! :)
