I just had to share my experience with Scott over at Capital City Honda. This guy is seriously next level when it comes to customer service. Scott's enthusiasm for his job is unmatched. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and helping others. He is genuinely a great person. When I brought my Honda in for repairs, he took the time to listen to my concerns. First of all, we are not locals from Sacramento. It was our first time doing a purchase outside our city (Long beach). I found the civic that we wanted from carfax and confirmed with Mung Nguyen(sales) if it was available. Luckily the car was available at the time. Mung was very helpful all throughout the process. Emailed us paperworks to be done for us to be able to reserve the car until we can make the trip to pick it up. After 3days we were able to pick up the car. All the terms that was discussed through the phone were all honored in person. No problem with the car whatsoever. No problem with the paperworks as well. All in all was a very great experience. A little nervous in the beginning but it was done well. Highly recommend this dealer if they have what youre looking for.
