Jaime was great as well, he is very respectful. He was also a very nice person to talk to, and we were able to make a deal. Matt, in finance is a very personable and reasonable person. He was very kind and we were very happy. Everyone we spoke to at this dealership was very respectful to us! The personal connection with everyone made us happy to buy from them.

I just had to share my experience with Scott over at Capital City Honda. This guy is seriously next level when it comes to customer service.

Scott's enthusiasm for his job is unmatched. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and helping others. He is genuinely a great person. When I brought my Honda in for repairs, he took the time to listen to my concerns.

What impressed me most was how on top of things Scott was throughout the whole process. He kept me updated every step of the way, making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about their customers and making sure everything turns out perfect.

First of all, we are not locals from Sacramento. It was our first time doing a purchase outside our city (Long beach). I found the civic that we wanted from carfax and confirmed with Mung Nguyen(sales) if it was available. Luckily the car was available at the time. Mung was very helpful all throughout the process. Emailed us paperworks to be done for us to be able to reserve the car until we can make the trip to pick it up. After 3days we were able to pick up the car. All the terms that was discussed through the phone were all honored in person. No problem with the car whatsoever. No problem with the paperworks as well. All in all was a very great experience. A little nervous in the beginning but it was done well. Highly recommend this dealer if they have what youre looking for.

Matt and Felix made the process of buying a car a breeze. Right when I walked into capital city Honda, Felix greeted me and even pulled the car I wanted to test drive right out front so I wouldn’t have to walk across the whole lot. Felix was patient and willing to show me multiple cars, and made sure I knew all my options. Felix also had great knowledge of the car I was most interested in and was able to show me all the features. Matt helped next and Matt went above and beyond to make my car purchase the best one possible. Matt even took the time to discuss so many options with the car and thoroughly explain these options so I could buy with confidence. I didn’t feel like I was buying from a dealership, I felt like I was visiting lifelong friends and both did all they could and more for me. All I can say is I will be purchasing from Felix & Matt at capital city Honda going forward and sending any of my family or friends their way if they find themselves needing a car.
