Recently had maintenance done for a nail in my tire. Sean was great! Polite, helpful, and willing to address all concerns. From the time we arrived, everyone at Kia made sure to let us know snacks and free coffee were available and to check on us. Phil also sat down and spoke with us for awhile. Very pleasant visit.
