Just bought my new Stinger from Kia Mall of Georgia and I could not be happier!  I’ve had my eye on this model for several years and finally pulled the trigger. The car is really nice, but the sales person(Brent Casey) and the feel of the whole dealership is what made the whole process great. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot I never felt a moments pressure. Not a bit! I was able to make my decision on my own time.   I can’t tell you how important that was to me. The whole dealership just felt like you were dealing with a small town dealership. Top notch all the way!  There’s an old saying “If you stop thinking like a small business, you’ll become one”. Recently had maintenance done for a nail in my tire. Sean was great! Polite, helpful, and willing to address all concerns. From the time we arrived, everyone at Kia made sure to let us know snacks and free coffee were available and to check on us. Phil also sat down and spoke with us for awhile. Very pleasant visit.

There are so many good things I have to say about Kia Mall of Georgia but I'll start with this: I highly recommend them.

The transmission in my car went out while I was on my way to Tennessee.

The Kia Dealership in the area was pretty unconcerned with helping me.

So I called dealerships in Atlanta and the first two were also unconcerned with helping me.

But when I called Kia Mall of Georgia, it was completely different.

The receptionist, I believe her name is Gianna, immediately put me at ease during what was a very stressful situation. She was the first kind voice throughout the whole ordeal and there are no words for how much I appreciated that.

I was put in touch with Will, who demonstrated excellent customer service the entire time.

He quickly diagnosed the issue with my car, got me into a rental, gave me a direct number to reach him, and finished servicing my car in 5 days. This exceeded my expectations given that other dealerships said they wouldn't even be able to look at my car in that time.

If this is how Kia Mall of Georgia does business, I am a fan.

The combination of care and service was phenomenal.
