She made sure to keep our payments and interest low and did everything she could to get us a good deal. Also she wasn’t pushy like most sales personal. I came in today to purchase a Lexus RX 350 AWD. I saw it yesterday and contacted AutoHeaven on their website. This morning Maria contacted me .and we had a very nice discussion about the vehicle. I made an appointment with her and she right away created a Google appointment and I got notified and confirmed. Fast forward to the appointment. I took an Uber/Lyft to AutoHeaven. I walked in and stated who I was and why I was there. Maria jumped out of her seat and disappeared. I realized she went to prepare and bring the vehicle over. I sat and started waiting. Maria returned and brought the vehicle. I took it for a test drive alone. All was fantastic. Then, she started with the paperwork! She was like a gazelle, constantly running everywhere and doing almost everything. She finished the paperwork. The only thing she couldn't get done was the emissions because someone essential wasn't there. It was fine because after I left, I took the vehicle to the local major Lexus dealership just down the street and the emissions passed and everything was great. Overall, I was in and out of the door in 90 minutes. That's very very fast! This is my 28th vehicle, though 1st Lexus! I bought in cash or financed all of my previously owned vehicles. I did business with independent dealers, major manufacturer network dealers, and CarMax. I bought used vehicles and brand new vehicles. Today's experience has been without a doubt the best transaction I ever experienced. From the moment I walked-in until the moment I walked out, Maria was on top of everything, this is why everything is overshadowed by her. Maria was the best part of this experience and the most memorable part of it for all of the right reasons. She is going places, I assure you.
