2021 Dodge Challenger R/T

Wow, I can't believe it! I wasn't even planning on getting a new car, but destiny had other plans for me. I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Troy Fenimore for being there for me during this incredibly stressful time in my life. He was my rock, constantly reassuring me and making me feel like a truly valued customer. I can't forget to mention the whole team, including the lovely lady at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Their friendliness and support truly helped me relax and calmed my nerves. This is actually the second car I've purchased from Auto Nation, and I can confidently say that I'll be back for more in the future. Thank you so, so much! I'm absolutely head over heels in love with my brand new 2024 Traxs. It's the perfect car for me and fulfills all my needs.

I bought a used vehicle and traded in mine at AutoNation Chevy North Richland Hills. I am thoroughly impressed with this dealer. Between my dad, brothers and I, we’ve all helped each other buy and sell well over 20 vehicles. These guys have integrity and honestly, something car buyers need to feel comfortable buying a car. Everything they said, they honored. Every question I asked, they gave me true detailed answers. They did not try to hide things from me or cover anything up. They gave me top value for my trade-in. They’re an excellent place to go if you’re trading in your vehicle. At every turn they did the right thing by me, even at times when they didn’t necessarily have to. For this I would highly recommend them and will be going back to them first when it’s time to trade my wife’s car in. Thank you again for treating me so well. I went in wanting to see what my finance options were on getting a newer vehicle. My car was nearing its end and it was a matter of time before bigger issues started appearing. I was able to walk out with a 5 day test drive on a truck and was able to trade in my other car for the middle KBB price. It was a comfortable experience. I didn't feel pressured. I didn't want to test drive a vehicle before the numbers were ran, and they were fine with that. I would highly recommend at least going in and talk to someone about what you're looking for. They were all very helpful. It felt very casual. I had a great experience
