Wow, I can't believe it! I wasn't even planning on getting a new car, but destiny had other plans for me. I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Troy Fenimore for being there for me during this incredibly stressful time in my life. He was my rock, constantly reassuring me and making me feel like a truly valued customer. I can't forget to mention the whole team, including the lovely lady at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Their friendliness and support truly helped me relax and calmed my nerves. This is actually the second car I've purchased from  Auto Nation, and I can confidently say that I'll be back for more in the future. Thank you so, so much! I'm absolutely head over heels in love with my brand new 2024 Traxs. It's the perfect car for me and fulfills all my needs.

I bought a used vehicle and traded in mine at AutoNation Chevy North Richland Hills. I am thoroughly impressed with this dealer. Between my dad, brothers and I, we’ve all helped each other buy and sell well over 20 vehicles. These guys have integrity and honestly, something car buyers need to feel comfortable buying a car. Everything they said, they honored. Every question I asked, they gave me true detailed answers. They did not try to hide things from me or cover anything up. They gave me top value for my trade-in. They’re an excellent place to go if you’re trading in your vehicle. At every turn they did the right thing by me, even at times when they didn’t necessarily have to. For this I would highly recommend them and will be going back to them first when it’s time to trade my wife’s car in. Thank you again for treating me so well. I went in wanting to see what my finance options were on getting a newer vehicle. My car was nearing its end and it was a matter of time before bigger issues started appearing. I was able to walk out with a 5 day test drive on a truck and was able to trade in my other car for the middle KBB price. It was a comfortable experience. I didn't feel pressured. I didn't want to test drive a vehicle before the numbers were ran, and they were fine with that.
I would highly recommend at least going in and talk to someone about what you're looking for. They were all very helpful. It felt very casual. I had a great experience

Miguel and Tamara deserve huge recognition in their genuine customer service. We had a nightmare of a situation that was causing so much stress and put our family walking eggshells for over a year. We drove nearly 2 hrs to speak to someone in person and Miguel listened to our frustration, the stress, and the strain it was on our family and he did not pass our case to someone else, he stayed with us until we were signing papers on a brand new vehicle. We were at the dealership from 2:30-9pm and he checked in with frequent updates. Tamara listened to us and reassured us that we would be taken care of. She is very much a people person and she not only treated us like family she made sure every customer in the building was updated and cared for. I was stressing that we would not be able to go home with a new car but she ensured us we would and she was right. She even went to fill up the car to make sure we had a full tank of gas before we even signed paperwork on it. She stayed late making sure we were seen all the way through the process and we were literally the last customer in the building. Since purchasing our 2023 Traverse we have been contacted by Miguel and Tamara making sure we are satisfied and that everything is going well. If we could recommend bonuses as customers these two definitely deserve recognition for going above and beyond! Our family is whole again now that we can attend everyone's sporting events and school activities with all 7 of our children in tow!! Our children have smiled with excitement each day knowing they are in a safe vehicle and able to ride together again!

I have had 2 experiences in my life buying a car from a dealership. The first was awful! The 2nd, with Auto Nation in North Richland Hills, was better but still not 100% satisfied with my experience mainly because of my extremely high APR. This is my fault 1. For not doing extensive research before buying my vehicle and 2. Not doing a better job with my credit. I do believe I was ripped off and could have had a much better APR if I had a lender prior to going to the dealership. I will not make this mistake again. However, the salesmen and employees that I dealt with during my car buying process were pleasant and I got the car that I wanted. I just recently had my first oil change and maintenance and was very impressed with the service and the technician who checked me in and handled the entire process. I can’t remember her name but she was phenomenal. Very kind and detailed with the process and explained if I wanted to stay there was a waiting area with complimentary coffee and water. That is definitely a nice touch since I waited for about an hour and a half. Aside from my bitterness regarding the financing I am overall pleased with  my purchase. I love my car and would do business here in the future, just a little wiser now.
