Hands down the best dealership the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with! The experience was superior! We worked with Esaya..what a nice young guy he was. He worked very hard to make us happy he was wonderful!! Rob showed us thru the car functions.. just a nice guy and said he loved what he does and it shows. If you're thinking of a Lexus keep these folks in mind. They treat you like family!

Matt was very patient and informative. The level of care was unlike any other. We are out of state buyers and even after we already purchased a beautiful car, Matt was still following up with us if everything was fine and if we are happy. Matt is the best! He was very responsive and always had answers to all of our questions. The level of customer service he showed us was defiantly above and beyond. Pulling into a climate controlled garage was a pleasant surprise. Everything was immaculate. I was promptly greeted and ushered inside to work with Ed Swift. Ed was welcoming, polite, capable, etc. He was everything you want in a customer service role. And the little velvet bag of chocolates when I picked up my car was a very nice touch. Sometimes the simple things are what bring a smile to a customer’s face.
