Prompt and friendly to acknowledge our arrival for service appointment. Our concerns were listened to, noted and looked into. They contacted Volvo, no record of the problem we've experienced so decided to try replacing the part to address it. I appreciate the proactive approach. Shop and dealership is clean and all employees acknowledge your presence, ask if you need assistance and welcome you to their business.

Just purchased a 2018 Volvo S90. Worked with Robert in sales and Jordan in finance. Had to run the numbers a couple of times to get them where I was comfortable with the pricing. Recently picked up a 2023 XC40 on lease. Bruce was my sales person and he was great. Very responsive, worked with my budget, and had the vehicle ready for pick up. Jordan in finance mailed me the paperwork overnight for my husband and I to sign as we don’t live in Colorado. I carried the paperwork with me when I picked it up and turned it in. Ja’lyn was the person that did the delivery and explained all of the components of my new vehicle. He made sure my phone was synced with the vehicle and showed me how to use the Volvo app. I drove up from New Mexico to pick up my new car, and I highly recommend this dealership and their staff.
