2017 Dodge Challenger R/T

Michael was great to work with! He gave me a great price on my truck and introduced me to the world of Tesla! They stayed late after business hours during a snowstorm to help me complete the deal. Smooth process and excellent customer service by all people involved!

My husband and I both bought a car on the same day. He had found them first. He had been looking for a 2017-2019 Camaro SS and had no luck anywhere. Everyone kept telling him that there were none in his price range, or at all what he was looking for. He called Grand Valley Auto and worked with Bill and DJ. That very next day they had found exactly what he was looking for in Texas, actually even better as the one they found was limited edition (2018 Chevy Camaro SS Hotwheels Edition). They shipped it in from Texas on a Friday and it came in promptly that Monday morning. Everything was approved and we were going to go down to pick it up later that day. Meanwhile, I had purchased a 2020 GMC Acadia SLE from Carvana (psa: DON'T EVER GO THROUGH THEM!!) two weeks prior that was also supposed to be delivered to our house that same Monday (April 28th). That deal was an absolute MESS!! Was promised a car to be delivered, was planning on trading in my car to them, paid the "nonrefundable" shipping fee, was required to put insurance on the new vehicle before it could even be delivered, got that all set up and canceled insurance on my current vehicle, got a conformation email that it was going to be delivered between 11am-2pm that morning, then was sent an email an hour later that it hadn't even left the dealer it was at and now my POSSIBLE delivery date was between May 11th-13th. This vehicle was only 300 miles away, if that. By the time it would "possibly" be delivered, we would have been waiting 4 weeks. Why it would take so long when my husband got his delivered that quickly from a couple states over, is beyond me. My husband and I already took the day off work as we both had to be there to sign the papers, spent the money on the delivery fee, spent the money to start the insurance premium on a vehicle we didn't even have yet and canceled our insurance. We lost out on a lot of money and lost time and in today's day in age with outrageous inflation, money is very valuable. Our daughter is also going through a major health crisis, so we didn't have much to spare and needed a RELIABLE vehicle to get to and from the hospital which was 2 hours away with traffic. It turned into a nightmare and it was so overwhelming and I just decided to wash my hands of it. After over an hour of pleading and getting extremely frustrated they finally agreed to give back the shipping fee etc. If that was my experience before I even got the vehicle, I would hate to see what the next 72 months was going to be like. My husband called Bill with Grand Valley Auto right away and explained the situation to him and they happened to have a few Acadias currently on their lot. Sent us all the info and I fell in love with a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali that had very low mileage on it. They ran the paperwork and got approved and we were able to pick up BOTH vehicles same day!! It was such a relief to have the situation resolved. We picked up both vehicles and Bill, Dj and Ed made the experience so easy and extremity comfortable and personable. Literally the best experience I've EVER had. And I used to work for a dealership for several years and didn't have as good of an experience with them nor did my customers. Unfortunately, due to no one's fault, a warning came on on the Acadia 4 days after the purchase to which I called the dealership right away and spoke with Bill and Dj and they were very apologetic and told me to come in right away so they could fix the problem and rectify the situation. They ran an extensive diagnostics and fixed the problem promptly and I had my vehicle back in 2 business days. I will recommend these guys to anyone who wants to buy a car. I live an hour and a half away and it was well worth the drive. Highly, HIGHLY recommend these guys!! Thank you SO much for helping me out and relieving my stress from my previous encounter, and for helping my husband find the car of his dreams. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!
