Mike was the gentleman in Finance that guided me through the process of securing all of the extra coverages that will keep my AMG protected long after my original investment. The whole team at the Mercedes-Benz of Northlake treats you like family. Highly recommended experience. Update: I brought my AMG in for service and worked with Mike the service advisor. They took care of my car quite efficiently, and thanks to the extended warranties I got with the finance department, everything was covered. Jose the technician even sent me video updates while my car was on a lift, how cool!
Guys! I had the best experience at Northlake Mercedes and the sales team there. I ended up purchasing a car here because of my experience with Darren Barnes my Client Advisor. He was so easy to work with. He was able to pick up immediately that I knew what I was looking for, and that I was there to look for a particular car with certain features. I was given the opportunity to drive my chosen vehicle and even test to make sure it would fit up my driveway and into my Garage. From Darren, through financing, and out the door I was treated very well, even during negotiations and signing the paperwork. Darren has even checked in with me a few times since to make sure all is good. You cannot ask any better from a sales person. Darren is the real deal guys. Ask for him.
