Update: I brought my AMG in for service and worked with Mike the service advisor. They took care of my car quite efficiently, and thanks to the extended warranties I got with the finance department, everything was covered. Jose the technician even sent me video updates while my car was on a lift, how cool!

Guys! I had the best experience at Northlake Mercedes and the sales team there. I ended up purchasing a car here because of my experience with Darren Barnes my Client Advisor. He was so easy to work with. He was able to pick up immediately that I knew what I was looking for, and that I was there to look for a particular car with certain features. I was given the opportunity to drive my chosen vehicle and even test to make sure it would fit up my driveway and into my Garage. From Darren, through financing, and out the door I was treated very well, even during negotiations and signing the paperwork. Darren has even checked in with me a few times since to make sure all is good. You cannot ask any better from a sales person. Darren is the real deal guys. Ask for him. He's young, but wise beyond his years! He will make sure you don't feel like you are dealing with an old school car dealership. I have been looking everywhere for an AMG Gt coupe with low miles and I was able to locate it here I am all the way in Texas so I have never even seen this vehicle in person prior to me taking ownership of it. Darren my salesman was very helpful as-well as Shawn in the finance department he made the process very smooth with me being out of state and all that, Shawn even made sure to stay in late one day to get the documents finalized so I would receive the vehicle sooner. I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership no matter what state you might be in!
