I went in wanting to see what my finance options were on getting a newer vehicle. My car was nearing its end and it was a matter of time before bigger issues started appearing. I was able to walk out with a 5 day test drive on a truck and was able to trade in my other car for the middle KBB price. It was a comfortable experience. I didn't feel pressured. I didn't want to test drive a vehicle before the numbers were ran, and they were fine with that. I would highly recommend at least going in and talk to someone about what you're looking for. They were all very helpful. It felt very casual. I had a great experience
