Very Satisfied. I was unable to find a Suburban equipped like I wanted. Brent Herbrand helped put in a custom order. The estimated delivery time was 6 to 12 weeks. I was pleased that my new bus was ready for pick up in just over 7 weeks. Everything was perfect from the color, the wheels and accessories. Brent also spent considerable time setting up infotainment options and teaching me the features of the vehicle settings and options.

This is honestly 100% the best overall experience I’ve ever had at an auto dealership in my entire life. Everyone was extremely resourceful, efficient, and low-stress. My salesman Mitch was exceptional to work with. He understood what I was looking for and valued my time. The Sales Manager Brandon was also very friendly and helpful. The Financial Services Consultant Adam was truly a joy to work with. He accommodated my requests and we knocked out the paperwork with complete ease. I was in and out of the dealership extremely fast. PEAK EFFICIENCY!!! At no time during the process did I feel uncomfortable or uneasy. There truly are some great people employed here. The front-desk employee was very kind. One of the other salesman let me look at the personal accessories on his truck, and I was even able to schedule an appointment with service less than one week out for an accessory installation. Exceptional people create exceptional work places and I cannot wait to come back! Next time I’m in the market for a new or used vehicle, I will start here at Kayser Chevrolet Buick in Sauk City, WI.

Service was quick and they kept me updated every step of the way. I was offered a loaner car and refreshments, however I stayed at the dealership and everybody I talked to was nice. My problem was identified and fixed in a timely matter and cost about what they said it would. Since then, my car’s issue has not come back up. My family always goes to Kayser for vehicles and service on them and it’s going to be that way for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend.
