I purchased a Sonata N-line from Jose Luis Garcia. He did an awesome job of staying in touch and getting me the information i requested. His manager did a great job of getting us the deal we wanted and Joe in finance helped explain everything. There was not much stress in the process and we ended up with what we wanted. We went back for paperwork and a wash, they are always offering food or pan dulce or something.
Honestly, the best service I have had! I literally am blown away with how they treat you and how they make sure to work to get you into a vehicle! Not a joke! They worked with me! It was amazing!!!!
I brought my brand-new Hyundai (bought with only 3 miles on it) to this dealership for a simple tire replacement at just under 10,000 miles. When I picked up the vehicle, I immediately noticed deep scratches and gouges on one of the wheels — damage that clearly occurred during service. I addressed it immediately with both the service manager and general manager, and was told they would not replace the wheel, only resurface and repaint it — even though I brought it in with zero damage. They claimed it was “cosmetic,” but this was not light curb rash. These were deep scrapes into the lip and spoke of the wheel. I declined the patch job and filed a case with Hyundai Consumer Affairs (Case #41254276) because I believe customers deserve accountability and dealership-level professionalism, especially after spending tens of thousands on a new car. Very disappointed with how this was handled. A proper dealership should make it right — not cut corners when they damage a customer’s vehicle during service. *After a few months this dealership got a new general manager Brandon. I went for an oil change and mentioned if the refurbish offer was still available. He personally called me and asked what happened and when I told him the situation he offered to replaced the whole wheel with a brand new one without negotiating other options. Thats how it should have been and that really made me want to continue being a customer. Thank you Brandon for handling the situation how it should’ve been.*
