2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

I have to commend the dealership, and their service department management team. They have made some changes, and some very positive changes I might add. The service team is growing and being developed to understand what Customer Service means. I was greeted with a smile, everything that was done to my car was explained, and this last oil change was an overall good experience. I like to see businesses, take their customer feedback, seriously, and act on it. Very impressive, and please keep up the good work. I could not recommend these guys enough. Smoothest process I’ve ever had buying any vehicle by far. Glenn Mosely is the best at what he does. One of the most honest and outright salesmen I’ve ever met. From salesmen to GM to finance Manager everyone was very pleasant to work with and even had some stuff to iron out in service that was taken care of immediately without a second thought.
