Matthew was incredibly professional , he handled everything he could without my being there so my time at the dealership was about 1 hour. In and out. He took the time to set everything up for me ( in front of me so I'll know when my new phone arrives tomorrow) and explained every question I had and explained SEVERAL additional things that I'll need to know. Honest and great integrity. A very trustworthy person to deal with. I highly recommend him if you are even considering a Toyota ( new in my case ) . All in all a great experience with a great guy. I can't see how he could have done anything any better. WHEN is the last time you bought a new car in 1 hour ? Matthew is capable of making that happen. Thank you for all your hard work behind the scene and just being a great in person sales rep !!

This has been the best experience ever! Of course going to buy a new car can be scary and stressful especially a used one. But the staff made it stress free and treated me with so much patience and kindness. From the very beginning Andrea made everything smooth and stress free. She kept me informed and kept communicating with me every step of the way!! She even set up a ride for me to come pick up my car! Chase (who gave us a ride to pick up the car) was amazing!! He was very personable and cheerful. He was very polite and even played some of my favorite songs on the car ride. Then the finance manger Scott was so informative and patient with me! He explained everything and answered all 5 million question I had about the process! He made it very easy and relieved a lot of stress by informing me on everything I needed to know about the options I had! And last but not least Johnny the sales manger was super helpful and so nice!! They all made me feel like family and so special!! I felt supported and welcomed the whole time !! I will definitely be back to buy my next car !! Thank you for everything you all do and have done for me!! If your thinking about buying a car from here do it !! Will be the best decision of your life!!!

Shout out to Parks toyota. My husband and I had a great experience trading in and buying a 2024 4runner. Bruce put in work and set us up and got the payments where we needed them.
