Matthew was incredibly professional  , he handled everything he could without my being there so my time at the dealership was about 1 hour. In and out. He took the time to set everything up for me ( in front of me so I'll know when my new phone arrives tomorrow) and explained every question I had and explained SEVERAL additional things that I'll need to know. Honest and great integrity. A very trustworthy person to deal with. I highly  recommend him if you are even considering a Toyota ( new in my case ) . All in all a great experience with a great guy. I can't see how he could have done anything any better.  WHEN is the last time you bought a new car in 1 hour ? Matthew is capable of making that happen. Thank you for all your hard work behind the scene and just being a great in person sales rep !!

This has been the best experience ever! Of course going to buy a new car can be scary and stressful especially a used one. But the staff made it stress free and treated me with so much patience and kindness. From the very beginning Andrea made everything smooth and stress free. She kept me informed and kept communicating with me every step of the way!! She even set up a ride for me to come pick up my car! Chase (who gave us a ride to pick up the car) was amazing!! He was very personable and cheerful. He was very polite and even played some of my favorite songs on the car ride. Then the finance manger Scott was so informative and patient with me! He explained everything and answered all 5 million question I had about the process! He made it very easy and relieved a lot of stress by informing me on everything I needed to know about the options I had! And last but not least Johnny the sales manger was super helpful and so nice!! They all made me feel like family and so special!! I felt supported and welcomed the whole time !! I cannot say enough about our experience with Parks Toyota, specifically, Alex Quiliche (sales) and Scott LaBuff (finance). To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. My husband is a disabled Veteran and we were traveling from about 90 minutes away. They made the process smooth and simple. They both bent over backwards to help us find the perfect vehicle with the best deal. I am a very cautious buyer and very hesitant and concerned with getting the very best deal. I was worrief about the cost of the Parks Plus, and Alex explained that it in included on all of their vehicles, and they lower the price of the vehicles to accommodate this plan. After much time spent on Google, I found even with the added cost, the price was better than similar vehicles. They put up with my endless haggling and dozens of questions with patience. The vehicle was out front and ready when we arrived for our test drive, we were able to make a decision to purchase the vehicle and be back on the road home in less than an hour. The only mistake we made was not starting our search here. Customer service was top notch and I cannot express my thanks enough. I wish I could add extra stars. Thank you again.

Isaiah was our sale person. He assured us with the purchase of a 2021 Toyota RAV4. He answered any questions we had and was not a pushy sales person.
