2019 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus

I recently had my car serviced at the dealership for an oil change, and I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received. Felipe was incredibly helpful and informative during the process. He explained what needed to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The time it took to get the oil change completed was also reasonable. Overall, his customer service was outstanding, and I left feeling satisfied with the experience.

Went in on a Saturday morning to have my car serviced. There were about 8 cars ahead of me but my service agent, Felipe assured that it went by order of appointments. He was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and most importantly swift. I actually ended up leaving with a new car thanks to Noa. She was very, very, patient with me. I was undecided about car size and color combination and she didn’t make me feel rushed to pick. David also helped in the process and he was nice and efficient. Would definitely recommend. I use to go to another location and I’m so happy I changed to the Plantation location.
