We started looking for this vehicle here on Island last June. This was our first preference with an RTL-E as a second choice. Desired colors were either Black or Dark Silver Metallic. Overall great experience working with Brian and Alex. We live on Kauai and minivan inventory is all but nonexistent here. Flying to Oahu wasn’t feasible with my work schedule, but it wasn’t an issue. Brian worked with me via text over several days, and I wrapped up the purchase over the phone and e-signing the docs with Alex. Both of them provided great customer service, and Brian worked hard to get me what I was looking for at a price point that worked for me. If we’re ever in the market for another vehicle we’d definitely work with these guys again.
Excellent customer service and overall experience. Larry Yip took the time accurately inform me of how long my car would take to complete the service as well as took the time to explain to me solutions to another issue I was having. There was no pressure to get the additional service done as he took the time to explain the process which allowed me to make an informed decision. Though there is a more convenient Honda location on the Windward side, the greater availability of appointments and superior customer service make it worth the trip.
