I wanted to take a moment to commend your staff on their promptness and professionalism!  We purchased a 2003 Black Edition Ridgeline during your President's Day Sale and Yosuke Abe couldn't have been better to deal with!  He listened to everything we wanted and answered all of our questions and concerns.  David Hata sent over a clear sales proposal and Alex in Finance had our loan approval, docs drawn and on line signatures in hours.  The entire car buying process was completed in about 2 hours!
The Vehicle arrived here in Hilo on Friday and my wife and I couldn't be happier!  Yosuke took care of the tonneau installation, all of the shipping details, and we were quite impressed!
We started looking for this vehicle here on Island last June.
This was our first preference with an RTL-E as a second choice.  Desired colors were either Black or Dark Silver Metallic.  We were unable to locate this specific vehicle locally and I was beginning to think we may have to go to the Mainland to find what we were looking for.  I decided to reach out to your dealership on President's Day weekend and everything fell into place! This was by far one our best car buying experiences ever.

Overall great experience working with Brian and Alex. We live on Kauai and minivan inventory is all but nonexistent here. Flying to Oahu wasn’t feasible with my work schedule, but it wasn’t an issue. Brian worked with me via text over several days, and I wrapped up the purchase over the phone and e-signing the docs with Alex. Both of them provided great customer service, and Brian worked hard to get me what I was looking for at a price point that worked for me. If we’re ever in the market for another vehicle we’d definitely work with these guys again.

Excellent customer service and overall experience.  Larry Yip took the time accurately inform me of how long my car would take to complete the service as well as took the time to explain to me solutions to another issue I was having.  There was no pressure to get the additional service done as he took the time to explain the process which allowed me to make an informed decision.  Though there is a more convenient Honda location on the Windward side, the greater availability of appointments and superior customer service make it worth the trip.

I've never felt compelled to write a review for anything, but I am very appreciative of the service Honda provided me so now I'm writing a review! The service here is exceptional. Before this, I had some very unfortunate experiences working with another brand dealership on my old car (I don't know if I'm allowed to mention where it is on here? I don't know how laws on that work). Anyway, after explaining my situation and my needs to the team at Honda, they were super receptive and accommodating! Eric Stephens was my sales consultant, shout out to him for being so polite and helpful :) the service here is great, and the car (Honda Accord 2024) I got from here is fantastic too, I got a great price on it. I recommend going here for a pleasant, respectful, and HONEST experience in getting a car. All around great service :D
