WONDERFUL Experience with RideSmart Auto. I am from OH and bought my first vehicle from RideSmart in 2019 and could not say enough good things about the staff and how I was treated. My sales person was Henry. I would recommend him to anyone but unfortunately when I returned for a second vehicle almost one month ago, Henry was not longer there but still connected to the staff. I drove from OH to PA once again because of my experience the first time. The second time did not disappoint. Both Fran and Joe were amazing to work with! There were some minor issues with the vehicle which were immediately taken care of. AND after I got home a couple weeks later, I discovered another relatively minor issue which I called to see if covered under warranty. It was not but Joe once again came through and said he would split the cost. I would highly recommend RideSmart to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Do the right thing should be their mission statement as that has been exactly my experience! Thank you! P.S.: Could you please open a dealership in OH? LOL
