Listen… The manager Rob S has tier 1 customer service. There’s no ifs and or buts about it. We had a small problem and he more than took care of it, and immediately! That man knows how to treat a customer. Sergio our sales guy was amazing, he brought our new EV9 GT LINE to us and sat there for an hour going over the car with us ON HIS DAY OFF!! Like come on, who does that?!? Awesome stuff ???????????????????????????????? If we’re buying a Kia in the future, it’ll be with Sergio and Rob no doubt

Staff were very attentive to needs and professional while also being extremely friendly and welcoming. Worked with a few wonderful people sales rep Sergio Cortez and General Manager Rob helping me find the perfect car to fit my needs :) I was able to ask many of questions and there was answer to all of them and they were definitely knowledgeable about their cars.
