I bought a truck from them a few weeks ago, I waited till it was ready as he had a few things fixed before purchasing. The truck has been great. Great deal and friendly staff who was willing to stay after hours to do the paperwork.

I recently purchased a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica from Derik! He was a very kind man. He worked hard to help us get squared away. Very honest and upfront about all the vehicles we looked at, while on the lot. We had one concern about the tires on the van, and Derik didn’t hesitate at all, to work out an arrangement to help us with new tires. He was so patient with us (and our three young kids) while we tried to navigate through the loan process. I have also spoken with Donna and Donnie (I hope I’m remembering his name right!) in the past week, at the office. Everyone has been so helpful and kind! Very happy with my experience at Downtown Motors!
