UPDATE: 5/6/24 I was so impressed with Jeffrey I went back and bought a second vehicle. I had some serious anxiety with the second one because it’s the vehicle that has to pull our 41ft 5th wheel. Their lead tech and a couple managers came over to talk to me and give me info on the best course of action to take with the new 350. I was so grateful because I was by myself (husband was out of town) and all 5 of them helped me pick the correct options! The best Ford dealership I’ve ever been to and I only drive Fords!
