Came to this Chapman Hyundai on a recommendation after getting in a crash and looking for a new used car. Jim Trafficanta made the process of buying a new car so easy and was so kind the whole time, that I would send anyone looking for a used car his way too. Just bought a car from these people, and while I do not normally write reviews on car dealerships, I am leaving this because mine was an extraordinarily good experience. Most of the time car dealerships can be very predatory. Salespeople tend to wait like hunting wolves in front of the door and pounce on you when you get close. Then, they grab on and do not let go until you scream for mercy. Chapman was entirely different. My sales person, Donald, was amazingly personable, professional, and incredibly well prepared. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable and I could not recommend him more highly. This was the first car I've purchased from Chapman but I assure you it will not be the last. I had dealt with other Hyundai dealerships, notably the one on Frank Lloyd Wright, but this was a stand out experience in comparison. I received great service and a fair price on both my trade and my new car.
