Just bought a car from these people, and while I do not normally write reviews on car dealerships, I am leaving this because mine was an extraordinarily good experience. Most of the time car dealerships can be very predatory. Salespeople tend to wait like hunting wolves in front of the door and pounce on you when you get close. Then, they grab on and do not let go until you scream for mercy. Chapman was entirely different. My sales person, Donald, was amazingly personable, professional, and incredibly well prepared. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable and I could not recommend him more highly. This was the first car I've purchased from Chapman but I assure you it will not be the last. I had dealt with other Hyundai dealerships, notably the one on Frank Lloyd Wright, but this was a stand out experience in comparison.  I received great service and a fair price on both my trade and my new car.

Jesus Gutierrez helped with purchasing a used for f150. I located a truck online really wanted to check it out but was dreading going into look at the truck and then go through sales and then finance. The overall process was great. He was courteous of my time and worked with me through the process. It was a smooth transaction due mostly to Jesus however Dale, Brian and the receptionist where also courteous of my time and informed me with detail. I gotta say Jesus and his team really took care of me through the whole process. Thanks Jesus!
