2013 Ford Edge SEL AWD

5 star plus dealership.. we are from out of town and broke down in the area .. had our vehicle towed there on Sunday night and from beginning until end they were top notch.. Justin( service advisor) picked us up from our hotel and was honest with us about the cost of the repairs and was super accommodating when we decided we were just going to take the vehicle home and not fix it yet . Let us keep it there no issue. Sales went above and beyond as well .. even when we were going to go to another dealership to purchase ( different inventory) Robb helped us out. When that fell through he made sure to get us in something that I not only loved but worked for us to get back home in .. you guys rock!!

Robb Gergen, and Justin Ferguson and everyone there were just the best. When my older Santa Fe broke down and my fiance and I were stranded over 4 hours from home, the service guys were honest and helpful about how bad it was. Robb helped me get a newer car there, even after I looked at something else at a competing dealership.
