I have bought many vehicles and have referred many people to the Cole Automotive Group. About 6 months ago I purchased a GM Certified Blazer from Cole-Krum. After test driving it I discovered a couple of inaccurate information on the website about it The sales consultant, Joe quickly worked with management to make it right for the inaccurate information. Tom Castle even called me directly to address my concerns. We were able to work out a great deal. I love the Blazer. A few weeks after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed the rear wiper was worn. I know when they went thru the certification the front wipers were replaced. I sent an email to Joe about the concern and within 1 day he said come pick up your replacement new rear wiper at no cost to me as it should have been replaced. I was overly impressed with that response! Just recently I was in their service department to get an oil change and discovered an issue with what work was and was not done prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Joe again quickly responded to my concern and he and Aaron Pearce worked to make it right. These examples prove that this dealership doesn’t just forget about you after the sale. I will be coming back for years to come. I also read a great review from a lady that loved her Terrain that she bought which is what I traded in. I take incredibly good care of my vehicles. We had by far the best experience coming here! Super nice staff and very clean and classy showroom.
