You team did a great job on my car. They were very communicative; informing me of progress every step of the way. Once they found out my repair was going to take at least a week, they offered me a loaner vehicle. This is my first GM purchase and so far I'm very pleased.
I got there about 9:30a. I did not have an appointment. They took me in right away. I waited in the lounge. It was nice quite, clean, a TV, coffee and snacks! They were done with checking my car and oil change in less than hour. Excellent customer service!
I was met promptly. Snacks and hot coffee in the waiting room was a plus. Having Diners, Drive Ins and Dives on TV a plus. Better than Fox News and CNN. Oil change completed promptly in 30 ish minutes. Great. If my car had been returned washed, it would have been perfect. Oh well.
