2017 Ford Edge Titanium

We purchased our new/used cx30 through Walter at University Mazda at a distance/over the phone. He is a competent salesman and answered all of our many questions both on the phone and in person when we picked up the car. I rate him with 5 stars. We appreciated the dealership being willing to negotiate the price more toward our offer. The reason for the 4 star rating is due to how long the in-person transaction took, despite paying in cash. My analysis of this is that the 3 hour transaction took this long because different staff handle different parts of the transaction - we interacted with 3 different people to complete the single transaction. I know this is how it’s typically done in this industry but if it could be streamlined in some way -collapsed into fewer members of staff- it would have gone faster and made us happier given that we had a 4 hour drive to get home! I’m very happy with my experience while leasing my new Mazda. NATALINA asked all the right questions and found me a great car that matched my needs/wants. She stayed with me past closing to get the financing that fit my budget and I drove away in my new car less than 24 hours later. I highly recommend University Mazda VW.

Super easy process to check in and meet with the service provider Ryan H. Also the technician sent a really thorough video inspection of my vehicle. The frequent updates on my vehicle was nice. Sometimes you go places and just sit not hearing anything for a while or how much longer. The issue I had with my vehicle was fixed and my vehicle is running great. Overall experience is excellent.
