One word: amazing. I ordered my 2024 RS3 back in September '23, and all in all it took about 7 months to take delivery, which was muuuch earlier than we expected. Initially I was quoted 12-18 months. I just picked her up last week, cannot be happier. The folks at Audi Shrewsbury are very kind, and I worked with Justine throughout the whole process - I cannot recommend her enough. She is super responsive, kind, sweet, courteous, respectful, and professional. She updated me throughout the entire process.
