Had to have my ID4 in for some warranty work today and had a fantastic experience! Dropped off the car this morning, was given a loaner vehicle for the day. When the vehicle was done, I received a text message with a link to a video of the technician explaining exactly what they had done with the vehicle which, I have never seen before but very nice that they did that. Vehicle had also been washed and vacuumed out prior to me picking it up. Overall an excellent experience!
The people that work here are fantastic. Not once was I pressured or hounded into buying a vehicle or upgrading a protection plan. They went well over the extra mile to make sure I could drive off the lot the same day with the vehicle I wanted. Nathan and Drew were beyond patient and courteous in helping us. Due to my poor planning they had to put in some extra work and they were more than happy to do so. We will for sure be back!
Love the experience at Ken vance. I've been going here for the last 3 vehicle purchases now. Always had a great experience with the reps and / or management. Everyone is so knowledgeable. Took a little too long (4+hours), especially when I came pre-approved for financing and just wanted them to match offers given by another dealers' finance representative for an identical car.
