While traveling through Bay City after camping, we stopped at Garber Ford. I had been shopping online for newer model used cars in my budget and found a Ford Escape that fit the bill. I was impressed by the salesperson, Charles, as he greeted us promptly and warmly. The car was as advertised, fairly priced, and very clean. Charles was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. He used no high pressure tactics and followed up with us on the day we had agreed upon. Overall, a five star experience.
