I cannot say enough positive things about Tom Roush, but particularly the Service department has been fantastic to work with! They are one of the few place still offering loaners, and they even introduced a new Mobile Service unit to come right to your house! It was so easy to just wait at home while they came to switch out a part in my garage. It was completely free for my warranty replacement! They have the friendliest staff out there! Lucy and Tammy always make the experience so wonderful whenever my Aviator needs some attention. Thank you all!!

I bought a Lincoln Navigator L from Alan Willitzer he was very professional, kind and helpful with the entire process. He wasn't pushy and let me make a decision based on the vechical and not his opinion. There was a trim piece missing they ordered to replace and fixed a dent with no questions asked. He knows Lincolns and how they operate and helped explain any questions I had with operating the fancy system they have.
