I cannot say enough positive things about Tom Roush, but particularly the Service department has been fantastic to work with! They are one of the few place still offering loaners, and they even introduced a new Mobile Service unit to come right to your house! It was so easy to just wait at home while they came to switch out a part in my garage. It was completely free for my warranty replacement!

They have the friendliest staff out there! Lucy and Tammy always make the experience so wonderful whenever my Aviator needs some attention. Thank you all!!
