My Ford Maverick was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled an appointment which I had to cancel. Josiah called me and asked why I had to cancel. I told him that the day that I scheduled wouldn't work for me. Then he offered me an at-home service. I was like cool. How much extra? He said no extra charge. So I got an oil change and a tire rotation at home!!! I couldn't believe it. The technician was amazing. It was so nice to be able to stay at home whole they did the service in my driveway. I am so pleased and will always use Classic Ford to service my Maverick.
I had some repair work I needed. Pricing was fair. The team was really nice. I had a very nice service agent, Ron, he was very good at listening and helping me out. Ford had the part in stock and I got my car back with holiday in the way pretty fast. I have been getting my other service done there and it might not be as fast as a commercial oil change place to turn in car and get back but they do a good job on the car. The porters are also very nice.
Extremely satisfied with the purchase of my new truck just about a year ago. It was just back to classic for service, and it was the best experience I have ever had with a service department ever. John was great, the techs were great, very happy that I chose classic Ford for my purchase. I will definitely be purchasing in the future from Classic.
