Our car salesman Nick made us feel so comfortable with his very personable demeanor-we couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Steven the manager was also incredible to work with. These guys really are trying to make a deal that works for YOU. Not only was the process easy, but I also love my new Volkswagen! 10/10 all around. This is how it should be.

I recently turned in my car because it was time and Nick Withers was so great and accommodating and did everything he could to help me out and get me exactly what I wanted. He is very trusting and humble. I didn't plan on walking out that day with a new VW Taos but I did and I love it! The team is really great there! Outstanding service. Even after running into an issue with our vehicle, they went above and beyond to make things as convenient as possible for us. Addition of the text/email/video updates during the service process was unexpected, but a great feature to have to keep customers updated with what's happening during the process.
